📍 Remote (EST or CST hours) | 💲 $55–65/hr on W-2 (No C2C)
Join a short-term, high-impact project migrating Tableau reports into Power BI!
We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for data storytelling, dashboard design, and clean data modeling.
💡 What You’ll Do:
• Migrate and optimize Tableau dashboards into Power BI
• Develop interactive visualizations and data models for clinical & quality outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Perform ad hoc SQL analysis and build scalable BI solutions
💻 Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years in Business Intelligence
• 3+ years SQL / SSMS
• 3–5 years relational & dimensional modeling
• 3+ years Power BI (Tableau a plus)
• Experience in Agile environments
🎯 Bonus Points For:
• Healthcare or Home Health data experience (OASIS, HCHB systems)
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Ability to share a Power BI work sample (pbix/pdf)
