• • NO C2C SUBMISSIONS • • This hands-on role will support a growing and fast paced energy management group focusing on data integration, data warehousing and ETRM systems. Expert knowledge of Microsoft’s BI Stack (non-cloud). Background in energy, energy trading and/or risk management a plus. Job Duties And Preferred Qualifications: • Expert hands-on knowledge of Microsoft’s BI Stack (SSDS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server) and architecture • Experience in SQL database administration • Working knowledge of server/query optimization techniques • Experience working with large datasets • Experience working with time series or pricing models • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full proficiency communicating in English in a business context (verbal & written) • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and ability to work independently as well as in a team • Ability to think strategically, critically, and creatively • Create and maintain documentation • Working knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI and/or Tableau a plus • Working knowledge Office 365 applications like PowerApps and Power Automate a plus • Performs other duties as assigned Nice To Have Qualifications: • Energy Trading or Risk understanding • PowerBI and/or Tableau • Python (emphasis on ETL) • PowerShell • Oracle Database • Cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS Education and Minimum Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related discipline/experience • Eight (5)+ years of experience Microsoft’s BI Stack • Three (3)+ years of experience Office 365 applications Working Conditions: • Hybrid work schedule: a combination of working remotely from home and 3 days a week in the office • Some overtime/weekend time is required as special projects arise and/or as daily operations dictate
