Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Optimize Tableau performance for large datasets and ensure dashboards are efficient and user-friendly.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Implement best practices for data visualization, UI/UX design, and storytelling with data.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting of Tableau workbooks.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Tableau development and data visualization techniques.
• Stay updated with latest Tableau features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop (Tableau Prep is a plus).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
