Business Intelligence Developer/ ThoughtSpot Developer

ThoughtSpot Developer Location: Anywhere in USA (Remote) Duration: Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ThoughtSpot Developer to join our analytics and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ThoughtSpot solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics • Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot development • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts • Experience working with cloud data warehouses • Understanding of data visualization and self-service analytics • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages • Prior experience in large enterprise or consulting environments Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement ThoughtSpot dashboards, Liveboards, and worksheets • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements • Develop data models and optimize ThoughtSpot schemas for performance and scalability • Integrate ThoughtSpot with data sources such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, or Oracle • Write and optimize SQL queries to support analytics use cases • Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance best practices • Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution • Support UAT, production deployments, and end-user training as needed • Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and architects
