This role involves formulating key analytical questions, leveraging client's vast data resources, and delivering actionable findings to drive business decisions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, expertise in SQL and Python, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate program features and marketing content effectiveness using customer response, conversion, and retention metrics. • Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments to drive data-backed decisions. • Design, build and maintain metrics and reports on program health, ensuring stakeholders have access to relevant data insights. • Address ad hoc requests from business leaders, providing deep dives into customer behavior and exploratory data analysis. • Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to identify key trends within the customer base. Must-Have Skills: • Expertise in SQL for complex data querying. • Experience in Python for coding and analytical model building. • Capability to create insightful business intelligence reports and metrics. Industry Experience: • A minimum of 7 years’ experience working with large-scale datasets in a business intelligence or data analyst role. • Preferably a background in technology, marketing, finance, statistics, data mining, or social science. • Advanced degree in a related field (math/statistics, computer science) or marketing is highly desirable.
