Role description
Our client is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a 100% remote USA 6 plus month W2 Contract. No C2C. We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our People Analytics Operations & Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll help operationalize our new data visualization platform, ensure data accuracy and usability, and support stakeholders as we scale People Analytics reporting. You’ll collaborate with BI Engineers, People Analytics Business Partners, and People Research Scientists to make dashboards and metrics accurate, trusted, and actionable. You’ll also guide teams in using the platform effectively by answering questions, gathering feedback, and ensuring our tools and data meet business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clarity from complexity, balancing precision with usability, and helping people maximize the value of analytics tools. Responsibilities β€’ Support the setup and launch of our new People Analytics visualization platform. β€’ Validate data, dashboards, and metric logic for accuracy and alignment across sources. β€’ Partner with BI Engineers to test and refine reporting-ready datasets. β€’ Manage stakeholder questions on platform usage, data interpretation, and reporting functionality. β€’ Collect feedback and iterate to ensure the platform meets stakeholder needs. β€’ Identify and troubleshoot data quality or logic issues impacting reporting. β€’ Document metric definitions, logic, and dashboard guidance for users. β€’ Support user onboarding, training sessions, and demo walkthroughs. β€’ Uphold People Analytics standards for data quality, consistency, and trust. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: β€’ Experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, or HR Data roles. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Databricks, OneModel, Visier). β€’ Strong attention to detail with ability to validate data across systems. β€’ Ability to explain analytical concepts in plain language to business users. β€’ Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
