We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Technician to develop and support a comprehensive data analytics and reporting solution for savings and investment programs. This role will focus on synthesizing and interpreting large datasets to inform strategic marketing, enable segmentation, support decision-making, and assess program effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders and play a key role in optimizing data processes and delivering actionable insights through visualizations and reports.
Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as a liaison between business and IT to design and maintain data storage, management, and reporting solutions.
β’ Translate business requirements into data specifications and analytic strategies.
β’ Consolidate data from multiple sources into uniform formats for analysis.
β’ Utilize Microsoft tools such as Azure Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate to develop efficient analytics solutions.
β’ Clean, process, and analyze data using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python to identify patterns and generate insights.
β’ Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Implement scalable, repeatable automation processes for data cleansing, validation, and transformation.
β’ Ensure compliance with IT frameworks and security standards.
β’ Monitor the performance and sustainability of analytical solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Azure Dataverse, SQL Server, Power BI, Power Automate).
β’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
β’ Must be willing to attend periodic on-site meetings in Harrisburg, PA.
