Job Title: Business Process Data Analyst
Location: Alameda CA 94502
Duration: 12 Month(s)
Pay Range : $40/hr. – 45.43/hr on W2
• The Business Process Specialist supports Customer Service operations by coordinating process improvements and assisting with project implementations.
• This role works closely with Global Process teams, including Call Centers, IT, and Training, to ensure standardized processes are documented, implemented, and aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Customer Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key material-related processes supporting projects, including UAT script creation, test execution, and process documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system and process enhancements, implementations, and testing cycles.
• Analyze new business requirements and collaborate with call center teams to define new processes or improve existing workflows.
• Resolve complex operational issues and develop exception handling rules when needed.
• Support SMEs in maintaining process documentation and quality adherence standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and controls.
• Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Contact Registration System, coordinating with Global Process teams and IT for system maintenance and enhancements.
