The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success working in Agile environments, leveraging Azure DevOps to manage epics, features, and user stories, and has hands-on experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and content creation. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and product owners to assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, future-state processes that align with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Training/Teaching in IT/BA/QA domains Business Analysis (SME level) Quality Assurance Knowledge Azure DevOps (creating/managing epics/features) Understanding of Agile roles (BA, QA, DEV) Process Reengineering / As-Is & To-Be Analysis Product Roadmap Development Agile Methodologies / Project Management Tools: FIGMA, Visio, etc.
