The role
The Business Transition Readiness Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful deployment of CiS 11. This role ensures that business operations transition smoothly from legacy platforms to the new system, with minimal disruption and optimal adoption. The specialist will work closely with the Dual Running lead and Hypercare lead to assess operational impacts, coordinate readiness activities, and facilitate change management processes aligned with operational requirements.
You will
• Creation and ownership of backlog items in ADO, Sprint planning and ownership of workload feeding into the integrated Programme delivery plan.
• Communicate project progress and performance to stakeholders. Identify and manage stakeholder reporting needs and respond to stakeholder queries and requests for information. Ensure the Communication activities (team meetings, Iteration reviews) are maintained to the
• Working closely with the rest of the transition scrum todevelop and maintain detailed transition plans, readiness checklists, and cutover strategies to support business continuity.
• Monitor readiness metrics and adoption KPIs, escalating risks and issues to programme leadership as required. Support deployment activities including data migration validation, cutover execution, and Hypercare coordination.
• Design and implement effective programme reporting processes and systems, proactively identifying and addressing gaps and inefficiencies while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Demonstrates proficiency in relevant reporting tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Azure DevOps (ADO), and business intelligence platforms), with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
You have
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate project information to stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to project reporting and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of business continuity, operational resilience, and impact analysis.
