Client : Global IT services, consulting, and technology solutions company.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. This role is critical in bridging business needs and technology deliveryβensuring new digital solutions are well-designed, efficient, and aligned to organisational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution validation, and data analysis within digitalisation or IT transformation projects.Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
β’ Gather, analyse and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
β’ Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for technical teams.
β’ Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Process Analysis & Re-engineering
β’ Map and analyse as-is business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
β’ Design optimised to-be processes leveraging digital tools and automation.
β’ Support process standardisation and workflow improvements.Stakeholder Management & Communication
β’ Act as the main liaison between business users, product owners, and the IT development team.
β’ Facilitate workshops, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
β’ Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Solution Evaluation & Validation
β’ Evaluate potential IT/digital solutions and participate in feasibility assessments.
β’ Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet requirements.
β’ Validate that the final product delivers the expected business value and outcomes.Data Analysis & Management Support
β’ Assess project data requirements and support data mapping, migration, and integration activities.
β’ Ensure appropriate data governance, integrity, and quality standards are applied.
β’ Collaborate with data teams to support analytics or reporting needs.Key Skills & Experience
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digitalisation, IT transformation, or system implementation projects.
β’ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling, and workflow documentation.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience validating and evaluating digital/IT solutions.
β’ Understanding of data structures, data quality, and data migration principles.
β’ Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Nice to Have
β’ Experience with automation / digital tools (BPM, workflow tools, RPA, ERP/CRM, etc.).
β’ Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
