Job Description:
Our large financial services client is seeking a data-driven Campaign Analyst, Manager.
In this role you will be working on data driven communications within the Central Marketing group which provides marketing and business partners with support in their acquisition and client engagement strategies by identifying events, triggers, alerts and attributes that create opportunities for meaningful interactions. Our team utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver multi-touch, multi-channel, prospect and client communication journeys.
A Manager within the team will be responsible for ongoing campaign support, while simultaneously supporting additional responsibilities in the areas of driving scale, reducing risk. This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of the platforms we leverage (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront), as well as associated technical skills in the areas of html/css/AMPscript coding. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once are essential!
Please note: Candidates within commuting distance to Austin or West Lake, TX will be highly considered for this position; or candidates within commuting distance to Denver, CO.
This is a hybrid position planned for 4 days a week in office.
Must Have Experience- No Exceptions:
β’ 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
β’ 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience
β’ 3+ years of HTML/CSS
β’ Working knowledge of Workfront

β’ Familiarity with the law/compliance requirements that govern email asset development
β’ Lead technical and non-technical partners in delivering highly scalable and reliable comms that meet business personalization/budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology vision Experience developing landing pages in Salesforce marketing cloud
β’ Experience developing re-usable components in Salesforce marketing cloud, leveraged across email comms with an edit once > impact many philosophy
β’ Experience holding partners to a documentation standard to keep partner intention aligned throughout the production process
β’ Familiar with managing and contributing to shared knowledge bases for both internal and external team consumption (OneDrive, Onenote, Confluence)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.14 to $61.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
