Role description
We’re Hiring: Capacity Forecasting and Capacity Management @ LNTEK Solutions Job Summary Forecast, analyze, and optimize IT infrastructure capacity for financial systems. Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance while collaborating with IT, business, and leadership teams to support growth. What You’ll Do • Forecast short- & long-term IT capacity using data & trends • Monitor CPU, memory, storage & network utilization • Perform trend, gap, and scenario analyses • Deliver reports for both technical and business leaders • Align IT capacity strategy with business and financial goals • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements • Use tools and automation to improve efficiency What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, or related field • 5+ years in capacity management, performance engineering, or analytics (financial services preferred) • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and visualization (Tableau / Power BI) • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization) • AWS Cloud experience • Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools: Datadog, CLS, Splunk • Proficiency in SQL / Python / R and forecasting models (e.g., ARIMA) • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills Eligibility: • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • This position is not eligible for CPT, OPT, or any other work visa sponsorship.
