🚀 Hiring: Cards Business Analyst - Hanover, NJ We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis to join our growing team. 📍Role: Cards Business Analyst 📌Type: Long Term Contract 📍Location: Hanover, NJ 🛠️ Key Responsibilities • Elicit Analyse and document business requirements through workshops interviews and discussions • Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flows • Translate business requirements into clear actionable specifications for development teams • Work closely with Product Owners Project Managers Developers and QA teams • Support UAT planning and execution including test case review and defect triage • Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements • Ensure traceability of requirements through to solution delivery • Facilitate stakeholder reviews and signoffs • Support production releases and post implementation reviews • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation • Experience with Agile and or Waterfall methodologies • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams Technical Functional Skills • User stories acceptance criteria • Process modeling BPMN flowcharts • Data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with tools such as • JIRA Confluence • MS Excel PowerPoint Visio • Basic understanding of • Databases and data flows • APIs and system integrations preferred Domain Experience Preferred • Banking Financial Services Insurance • Payments Regulatory Risk or Compliance systems • Customer experience or workflow platforms eg Pega Salesforce 📩 Interested or open to new opportunities?
