About the Role Join a cutting-edge Target Discovery Team focused on integrating automation and AI/ML into scalable in vitro experimentation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cross-functional initiative that supports diverse therapeutic programs in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Maintain and prepare mammalian cell cultures, including cancer cell lines and iPSC-derived cells. β€’ Prepare reagents for cell culture and assay execution, both manual and automated. β€’ Execute wet-lab protocols involving high-content imaging and plate readers. β€’ Operate automated liquid handling systems (e.g., plate washers, dispensers). β€’ Support assay development and optimization. β€’ Maintain electronic lab notebooks and ensure compliance with safety protocols. β€’ Assist in drafting SOPs, Risk Assessments, and best practice documentation. Required Skills & Experience β€’ BSc or equivalent in biology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, or related life science. 2+ years of hands-on experience in: β€’ Mammalian cell culture β€’ Cell-based assays β€’ Laboratory instrumentation Nice to Have β€’ Experience with automated liquid handling systems. β€’ Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism, Spotfire). β€’ Exposure to automation orchestration software (e.g., Green Button Go).
