Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize Charles River IMS (CRIMS) modules, including Order Management, Compliance, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Integrate CRD with downstream and upstream systems (e.g., trading platforms, accounting, market data).
• Work with SQL, XML, and APIs for data mapping, transformations, and reporting within CRD.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into CRD solutions.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for CRD-related issues.
• Optimize system performance, perform upgrades, and support new releases of CRIMS.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal security standards.
Required Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using C#/.NET.
• Strong hands-on experience with Charles River IMS (versions 18.x or higher preferred).
• Knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle in asset management and capital markets.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data models in CRD.
• Experience in CRD SDK or API integrations (FIX, REST APIs).
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a financial services or asset management firm is a must.
