Role description
Seeking a Technology Analyst to support and enhance chatbot and translator applications, as well as assisting with the transition to an out-of-the-box solution. Responsibilities include maintaining the product lifecycleβ€”writing user stories, requirements, defining acceptance criteria, testing, coordinating releases, handling customer support tickets, managing sprints, collaborating with developers and technical teams, and supporting chatbot and translator SMEs in their operations. Will also keep up to date on emerging technologies like large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) is also important to help guide future improvements. Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance): β€’ Experience in multiple medium to large complex projects β€’ Past experience with chatbots, conversational AI, translation, and speech-to-text (STT) technologies β€’ Experience in working with product development team. β€’ Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback. β€’ Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management. β€’ Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from idea, design, development, testing, deployment and support. β€’ Experienced with agile methodologies. β€’ Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality. User Research and Analysis β€’ Perform user research, customer research, user interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, feedback gathering β€’ Conduct surveys, and workshops to gather feedback β€’ Identify user pain points, identify automation opportunities, optimize process to save time and cost β€’ Test business processes and recommend improvements Requirements analysis and documentation: β€’ Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization β€’ Convert user research and roadmap features into smaller user stories β€’ Analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces. β€’ Document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria's β€’ Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents β€’ Prepare wireframes and design mock-ups β€’ Maintain prioritized backlog, define epics, write user stories, translate business needs to actionable requirements, and define acceptance criteria, test cases. β€’ Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders β€’ Work with technical team to explain requirements and determine the level of efforts Technical Skills β€’ Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design and implementation plan. β€’ Experience in web-based applications with the principles of full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment. β€’ Ability to lead the discussions with technical and non-technical staff. β€’ Technical writing experience. Test β€’ Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for both fail and pass scenarios β€’ Test the app to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and requirements. Release β€’ Work with the project/program manager for release plan β€’ Prepare for the app for release, document user guide, release notes Training and Support β€’ Engage with the customers and users to train them with new features β€’ Provide app support to courts users. Resolve/Escalate issues, provide user administration, and answer any questions from users. β€’ Assist SMEs with managing content Data Analysis β€’ Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling β€’ Create reports, dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel β€’ Develop and maintain reporting tool Documentation β€’ Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts. Collaboration and Communication β€’ Collaborate with program/project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization β€’ Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders like - business, engineering, project manager, managers, architect, developer, data, legal, UI/UX, and other teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies. β€’ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. β€’ Proven track record of managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which has significant executive oversight. β€’ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees, other executive level leadership and technical committees. Others β€’ Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio. β€’ Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired: β€’ Knowledge with Chatbot, Live chat, Translator apps β€’ Knowledge in Google's Speech recognition, Machine Translation, DialogFlow, Text-to-Speech, AI/ML β€’ Subject domain knowledge/experience/expertise in Court processes β€’ Conceptual understanding of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platforms β€’ Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type Compensation: β€’ The estimated pay range for this position is USD $38.00/Hr. - USD $46.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role. β€’ Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on the circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
