Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience.
1. Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing, implementing, and maintaining z/OS database management systems including DB2, IMS/DB, data sharing, and related infrastructure software.
1. Demonstrated ability to design, build, and support Parallel Sysplex application enablement.
1. Experience providing technical leadership for managed service providers and offshore support teams.
1. Experience with database security concepts, tools, and regulatory compliance.
1. Proficiency in z/OS database management system performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization using tools like BMC AMI OPS, BMC Apptune, and IBM Intellimagic Vision.
