This is a leadership role for an applied data science and econometrics expert who can bridge advanced academic credentials with hands-on, practical experience. You will lead the data science function, oversee the development of scalable data solutions, and shape strategy around econometrics, AI/ML, and emerging agentic AI applications. 🧾 Responsibilities: β€’ Apply econometrics, statistics, and machine learning to extract actionable insights from complex datasets β€’ Build and deploy production-level data science solutions that support business and client delivery β€’ Partner with engineering and product teams to design end-to-end data pipelines and scalable solutions β€’ Interpret and communicate model outputs and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Contribute to innovation around advanced AI/ML, including LLMs and agentic AI 🧾 What We’re Looking For: β€’ Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline β€’ 5+ years of applied experience in data science and econometrics (not purely academic research) β€’ Proven experience building and deploying data-driven products and models into production β€’ Strong technical background with Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with modern cloud/data environments β€’ Knowledge of fraud detection, financial data, or econometric modeling is advantageous
