Job title: Cincom Eloquence Tool Expert 100% REMOTE Contract Roles and Responsibilities: • Experience building letter templates using “Cincom Eloquence tool” • Design and development of letter templates based on business requirements. Preferred background using third party software such as Cincom author • Understanding of XML schema/structure • Java background • Strong analytics skills: debugging code and analyzing log files • Documentation: Functional/Technical Design specifications • Work in a fast environment to meet deliverables • Ability to support multiple tasks concurrently • Interaction with business clients and vendors via email and meetings • Investigate various document designs for performance reactions • Make use of dynamic charting, enhanced image sizing and front usage • Develop complex queries, make use of arrays/array variables and variations • Insert complex functions and rules, loops, array rules and understand basic SQL • Understand and work with Engine and Web Program exists (Java) • Understand designing for specific or multiple outputs • Use tools within application for basic data mapping • Understand basic XML data structures • Set up templates, manage page numbering, and make use of inline formatting • Be efficient in the use of tables within columns, indexing, the use of watermarks • Accurately work with tabs, spacing, and margins, and general formatting tools • Create, preview and edit Eloquence "Master" documents • Be proficient in formatting variables, tables and Charts • Create specific variable sets in support of basic documents • Effectively use version control, adding "entities" and checking entities in and out • Make use of version history, conditional logic and web workflow.
