🚨 We’re Hiring: Claude Developer (AI / LLM Engineer) 🚨 📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA 🏢 Work Model: Onsite – 3 days/week ⏳ Duration: Long Term We’re looking for a Claude Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience building AI-driven applications using Claude (Anthropic APIs). This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working with LLMs in production environments and optimizing real-world AI systems. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered applications using Claude (Anthropic APIs) Build and maintain backend services with Node.js and TypeScript Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM responses for accuracy, performance, and safety Develop APIs and middleware to support AI workflows and system integrations Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions Monitor and troubleshoot AI performance, reliability, and cost optimization Ensure security, privacy, and compliance best practices in AI integrations ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript Hands-on experience integrating Claude or other LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt design, and AI-driven workflows Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure API design Strong problem-solving and debugging skills ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience with AI-accelerated development or chatbot applications Knowledge of React or Next.js (plus) Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
