β€’ β€’ β€’ W2 Only - No C2C/No Employers Candidates must not need sponsorship to convert to Full Time Google Cloud Engineer with Terraform Development Location: Hybrid onsite in Dallas TX / Charlotte NC / Chandler AZ / Minneapolis MN / Iselin NJ (3 days per week) Duration - 12-Month Contract to Hire Rate - $63-$74 HR W2 We are seeking a highly skilled Terraform Developer with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role involves building infrastructure automation from the ground up, developing Terraform scripts, and implementing scalable IAM policies across GCP environments. Key Responsibilities Β· Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules for GCP infrastructure provisioning Β· Implement and manage GCP IAM roles, policies, and service accounts following least privilege principles Β· Collaborate with cloud architects and security teams to define access control strategies Β· Build reusable infrastructure-as-code templates to support automation and scalability Β· Maintain version-controlled Terraform configurations and ensure CI/CD integration Β· Document infrastructure designs, IAM policies, and automation workflows Β· Troubleshoot and optimize existing Terraform scripts and IAM configurations Β· Contribute to the creation of a centralized knowledge base for infrastructure automation Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform in cloud environments β€’ Strong understanding of GCP services, especially IAM, Compute, Networking, and Storage β€’ Proven ability to write Terraform scripts from scratch and manage state files β€’ Experience with GCP IAM concepts: roles, policies, bindings, service accounts, workload identity federation β€’ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
