Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our Azure and cloud-based infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, leadership, and IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing systems across our internal and client-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Azure Cloud Services, providing advanced support and guidance to technical teams and product owners.
• Provision, manage, monitor, and decommission Azure-based deployments and services.
• Administer and support Azure Synapse Modern Data Warehouse, Dynamics 365, Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure Power Platform, and related tools.
• Monitor and enhance security for current and future Azure environments.
• Automate scaling and capacity requirements in Azure.
• Ensure federated access across AD and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Implement new Azure environments and integrate infrastructure into established processes.
• Develop standards, templates, tools, and best practices for system administration.
Technical Skills & Expertise
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online (including hybrid environments), Teams administration, Scripting, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with backup technologies, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Proficiency with Windows and server OS environments, as well as Android, iOS, and Mac OS support.
• Knowledge of remote management tools such as ConnectWise and Kaseya.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or 4 years equivalent experience).
• 2 years’ experience in Cloud Engineering or related IT infrastructure role
