Cloud Engineer (Azure)
Weβre growing our cloud engineering team to lead a large-scale migration to Microsoft Azure. This role involves designing, migrating, and optimizing applications and infrastructure in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and support migration of legacy systems to Azure.
β’ Build and orchestrate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Automate deployments using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code.
β’ Implement networking, security, and governance best practices.
β’ Monitor system health using Azure Monitor, ELK, or similar tools.
β’ Mentor junior engineers and support a collaborative team culture.
Required Skills:
β’ 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience (AWS/GCP a plus).
β’ Proven track record of cloud migrations.
β’ Docker & Kubernetes expertise.
β’ Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
β’ Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and governance.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
β’ Preferred: Financial services industry experience & leadership/mentorship skills.
