About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Could Infrastructure Specialist to join our development team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and securing our application, a critical system supporting our business operations. You will collaborate closely with knowledge managers and other developers, ensuring compliance, automation, and robust infrastructure for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Server Manager/Specialist
O Manage existing servers in Microsoft Azure
o Perform software upgrades as needed
o Future plan/proof servers regularly
• Compliance & Security:
O Execute application and database security scans according to schedule.
O Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure timely compliance reporting.
O Coordinate access and manage scan processes with internal and external teams.
• Application Development & Maintenance:
O Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the application.
O Maintain and improve codebase, infrastructure, and admin tools.
O Manage automation scripts, syndication engines, and partner integrations.
• Database Management:
O Oversee data integrity, classification, and compliance for all site data.
O Support asset auditing and database scanning activities.
• Reporting & Analytics:
O Create and maintain operational and performance reports.
O Provide data insights for business and compliance needs.
• Collaboration:
O Work with knowledge managers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless application performance and continuous improvement.
O Participate in project management and documentation as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in application development (preferably with web-based platforms).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Python, or relevant languages for your stack).
• Experience with compliance and security scanning tools (e.g., Veracode, DAST, SAST, mPen).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL database management, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and partner integration (syndication engines).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI, HIPAA, or those relevant to your industry).
• Prior experience supporting mission-critical business applications.
• Experience with infrastructure management in cloud or on-prem environments
