Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Native Developer with a strong background in Java or Python development who has transitioned into building and managing cloud-native applications and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using modern development practices.
β’ Utilize prior Java or Python development experience to support backend services, automation, and platform integration.
β’ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
β’ Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
β’ Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
β’ Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
β’ Implement best practices for DevOps, security, and cloud architecture.
Required Skills
β’ Strong prior development experience in Java or Python.
β’ Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
β’ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
β’ Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
β’ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
β’ Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
β’ Familiarity with Git version control and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with cloud-native frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus, etc.).
β’ Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
β’ Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
