Cloud Support Engineer

Summary: We are looking for a Cloud Application Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance cloud-based applications, services, and infrastructure. If you have customer-facing technical support experience, expertise in Azure and AWS, and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect role for you! Here are some of the specific details: Title: Cloud Support Engineer Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX) – potential for full-time in-office Duration: 12 months (possible extension) Hybrid or Onsite: Hybrid Pay rate: $45 to $48 Qualifications 3-5 years of technical support experience Expertise in Azure (App Services, DevOps) & AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, App Insights) Experience with ITSM / customer ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce Expertise with implementing best security models and practices Top candidates will also have experience with JSON, Java, PowerShell, and Python. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 2-4 years' experience required. Work environment: Hybrid for now but could be 5 days in office at a later date.
