Responsibilities
β’ Support daily operations for customers transitioning to cloud environments, ensuring smooth service delivery.
β’ Triage and resolve issues related to Splunk agents and service requests.
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively with team members and product owners.
β’ Maintain and update project documentation, including JIRA stories.
β’ Engage with stakeholders to optimize cloud-based solutions and enhance system performance.
Skills
β’ Strong expertise in Splunk Enterprise and Universal Forwarder, including data onboarding and visualization.
β’ Proficient in AWS Cloud Services, particularly EC2 and S3.
β’ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
β’ Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
β’ AWS Certification (Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
β’ Experience with container management and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
β’ Background in finance or development of financial products.
β’ Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
