This team is responsible for designing, building, and delivering secure, innovative, cost-effective enterprise solutions for the Bank. The Cloud/DevOps Engineer II will lead efforts related to the design, maintenance, migration, and operation of cloud platforms. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provides guidance to internal technical teams on best practices and implementation strategies. The position requires working across multiple initiatives with varying levels of cloud maturity and technical complexity. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the design, maintenance, and operation of secure cloud-based platforms β€’ Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and enhance visibility across cloud environments β€’ Implement hybrid IT solutions by integrating cloud services with traditional data center infrastructure β€’ Migrate legacy applications to public cloud platforms using both rehosting and refactoring approaches to improve agility, efficiency, and disaster recovery capabilities β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions β€’ Identify and address integration gaps between existing legacy systems and proposed cloud solutions β€’ Develop and maintain continuous delivery frameworks and associated tooling β€’ Create comprehensive testing use cases and detailed testing plans aligned with business and technical requirements β€’ Guide technical and end-user teams through testing execution and result analysis β€’ Assist with or lead implementation of monitoring tools on the customer side β€’ Provide responsive technical support, including participation in an on-call rotation for operational support
