• Role: Coding Consultant (Remote) • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) • Payout: $50 - $120/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Coding Expert to work on a contractor basis. The successful candidate will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on reviewing and refining AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages. This role is critical in shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, and it offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models in the technology industry. Key Responsibilities: • Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript. • Create and solve coding problems, ensuring diverse and challenging datasets to evaluate code correctness and performance. • Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance, and provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning. • Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes, and document findings to contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks. • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring that technical information is conveyed clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, Golang, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, and Kotlin. • Experience with coding best practices, including code review, testing, and debugging, and the ability to apply these skills to improve the quality of AI-generated code. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and solve complex coding problems, and a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate code correctness and performance, and provide clear and detailed feedback to enhance AI model learning. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
