This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can: • Drive enterprise data initiatives • Enhance data governance frameworks • Support decision-making processes • Optimize data infrastructure • Improve operational efficiency Required Skills • ANSI SQL – Expert-level skill for complex queries, data profiling, lineage analysis, and reporting • Collibra – Proven experience configuring and implementing Collibra Data Intelligence Platform for data governance, cataloging, and stewardship • Data Governance and Quality Frameworks • Metadata Management • Stakeholder Collaboration Key Responsibilities • Implement and manage Collibra solutions to support enterprise data governance and compliance. • Develop and execute data management strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Collaborate with IT, BI, and Data Stewards to integrate Collibra with various enterprise systems. • Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of critical datasets. • Use ANSI SQL to analyze and manage data assets. • Train and support team members on data governance and Collibra best practices. • Monitor data ecosystem performance and ensure compliance with data regulations. • Foster a data-driven culture by enabling consistent access to trusted data. Qualifications • 12–15 years of total experience in data engineering, data governance, or related fields. • Proven expertise in ANSI SQL and Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • Experience working in hybrid/enterprise data environments.
