Commercial Data Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to support our rapidly growing Aesthetics Business Unit. In this role, you will contribute to bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, improving data quality and architecture, and implementing data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between IT and business units, gathering and documenting business requirements for diverse teams. Collaborate with vendors or implementation teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Assess current IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality, accurate data. Lead implementation teams for new software enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Implement automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for stakeholders. Partner with Operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations that improve product adoption. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data modeling, ideally in the dermatology or pharmaceutical industry. Expert-level SQL skills and strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. Strong understanding of working with Cloud-based data warehouses like Databricks and Snowflake, specifically Lakehouse Architecture. Strong understanding of Master data management processes and experience with Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience in the dermatology or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of Veeva CRM and loyalty programs.
