Procurement/ Supplier Onboarding Analyst Maplewood, MN 55144 Duration: 06+ Months Pay rate: $30 - $40/Hr. Job Description: Position Summary The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Supplier Onboarding & Graphite (SaSS application) implementation work across our organization. This role is responsible for supplier master data onboarding, historical data cleansing, change management, cross‐functional coordination, and supplier‐facing readiness activities that enable successful onboarding into new systems and processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, process discipline, supplier communication capabilities, and comfort working across technology, data, and procurement teams. This individual will partner closely with a highly cross functional team project leadership to ensure clean, accurate vendor data and seamless onboarding experiences during the transition to new digital procurement workflows. Key Responsibilities Supplier Master Data Onboarding Execute supplier master onboarding activities including data collection, validation, and accuracy checks. Support historical supplier data load, cleansing, and remediation activities required for system readiness. Coordinate with Supplier Master Data teams to ensure alignment to data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules. Onboarding Process & Technology Support Support onboarding workflows within the Graphite platform including testing, issue documentation, and process troubleshooting. Be part of a team to identify supplier onboarding process gaps, deltas, and opportunities; provide recommendations for improving workflow efficiency and data quality. Assist in documenting future‐state processes, SOPs, and training materials. Supplier Communications & Readiness Prepare supplier‐facing communications, readiness materials, and FAQs to ensure clear expectations and smooth onboarding. Partner with Sourcing and Category teams to coordinate supplier outreach, follow‐ups, and status tracking. Maintain onboarding dashboards, metrics, and progress reporting. Change Management Support change management activities related to supplier onboarding, including stakeholder alignment, training support, and communication planning. Help assess impacts of new processes and technologies on suppliers and internal stakeholders. Market Intelligence & Reporting Provide reporting and insights related to onboarding progress, supplier segmentation, and data quality trends. Partner with Market Intelligence resources to ensure supplier data supports downstream visibility and analytics needs. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Work with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Master Data, IT/Process & Technology, and business partners to ensure smooth onboarding execution. Serve as a central coordination point for onboarding inquiries, escalation management, and issue resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data, procurement operations, supply chain, or process/technology implementation. Experience with procurement (e.g., Ariba, Graphite, Coupa, or similar). Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to translate process needs into actionable tasks and communicate clearly with suppliers and stakeholders. Strong project coordination skills and comfort working in fast‐paced implementation environments. Experience with project tracking software such as JIRA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to work cross‐functionally and navigate through ambiguity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and cleansing. Ability to drive automation and leverage tools to generate insights, improve data quality, and enhance process efficiency.
