Commercial Pricing Analyst (Remote β U.S. Based)

About the Role
A leading organization in the aesthetics industry is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Pricing Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic pricing decisions across brands and promotional portfolios, supporting sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote while collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Forecast and analyze promotional data for brand-specific and portfolio-wide initiatives, including ROI and volume/revenue impact.
β’ Prepare data-driven presentations and recommendations for pricing committee meetings.
β’ Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making.
β’ Partner with marketing, sales, and finance teams to implement loyalty program pricing structures and tiered base pricing models.
β’ Evaluate and optimize contract pricing and rebate structures for national and contract accounts.
β’ Monitor and maintain pricing compliance through Pricing Exception Requests (PERs).
Skills & Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
β’ Strong analytical skills with proven experience managing and interpreting large datasets.
β’ Proficiency in data modeling, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis.
β’ Prior experience in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
β’ Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
