Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML Engineer to join our interdisciplinary team focused on advancing computational approaches in biological research. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions that address complex challenges in therapeutic research and molecular target identification. The successful candidate will work at the forefront of artificial intelligence applications in life sciences, contributing to innovative evaluation frameworks and scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Architect and implement robust evaluation frameworks for autonomous AI systems applied to pharmaceutical research applications.
β’ Lead research initiatives in large-scale generative artificial intelligence methodologies targeting computational biology problems.
β’ Partner with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, biological researchers, and infrastructure engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Required Qualifications
β’ Education: Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
β’ Solid foundation in algorithmic thinking, data structures, and software architecture principles.
β’ Deep understanding of statistical and computational methodologies for biological data analysis.
β’ Expert-level Python programming with hands-on experience in agent frameworks and API integration tools.
β’ Proficiency in prompt optimization strategies and large language model calibration techniques.
β’ Knowledge of R programming environment and biological data analysis packages.
β’ Background in pharmaceutical research or molecular biology applications.
