Job Title : Contract Data Analyst Location : Lehi Utah - Onsite Day 1 Duration : Long term Contract Job Description: Client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Data Analyst. This role reviews, interprets, and documents customer contracts to ensure all custom terms are properly documented and made available to reporting systems. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Sales, and Product teams to review customer agreements, identify non-standard terms, and translate them into structured data for reporting and analysis. Your work will directly impact how Adobe understands and communicates customer consumption relative to entitlements, enabling better decision-making across the business. What You'll Do Review customer contracts to identify and interpret terms that affect product usage and entitlement. Translate contract language into structured datasets for integration into reporting systems. Validate and refine AI-assisted contract summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure structured data is reflected in downstream reporting tools. Communicate with Sales and Support teams regarding customer-specific contract terms to confirm understanding of intent. Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of contract data handling. This is for your understanding of the requirement and Boolean Search Finding small errors or differences in documents. You can see patterns or trends in data once it s structured. You ll work with Finance, IT, Sales, and Product teams to: Check customer agreements, Spot any non-standard terms, Turn those terms into organized, structured data. Comfortable using Excel, databases, or reporting tools. Experience in Contracts or legal documentation, Business administration Data analysis / data entry Look for profiles that mention: Experience with contract management systems (Ariba, Icertis, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Skills in Excel, SQL, or Power BI/Tableau Knowledge of terms like renewal, entitlement, invoice, license usage Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal)
