For four consecutive years, Forbes Magazine ranked HEICO as one of the 200 โ€œBest Small Companies.โ€ Position Summary The Contract & Pricing Analyst supports customer RFP responses, pricing development, contract execution, and supplier reporting. This role works closely with Product Management, Business Development, and Supply Chain to ensure competitive pricing, accurate forecasting, and effective contract performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastโ€‘paced environment. Requirements: Key Responsibilities RFP & Pricing Support Review customer RFPs and prepare pricing proposals in alignment with margin and ROI targets. Conduct pricing analysis, including cost reviews, margin modeling, and competitive assessments. Coordinate with Product Management and Supply Chain to validate cost, lead time, and sourcing inputs. Ensure pricing packages are accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timelines. Contract Execution & Performance Support contract implementation, updates, and ongoing performance monitoring. Review customer forecasts and provide make/buy recommendations to ensure contract fulfillment. Track part usage, contract health, and performance metrics; prepare scheduled reports for leadership. Maintain contract documentation and ensure alignment with internal processes. Supplier & Internal Collaboration Work with Supply Chain to support sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations. Manage supplier pointโ€‘ofโ€‘sale (POS) reporting for designated partners. Collaborate with Business Development on strategic contract opportunities. Partner with Product Management to align pricing, product strategy, and forecast assumptions. Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain pricing tools, forecast models, and reporting dashboards. Analyze customer demand trends to support inventory planning and contract performance. Prepare internal and external presentations, reports, and data summaries. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy and forecast reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; Associate's degree with 5+ years' experience considered. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data visualization). Experience in pricing, forecasting, contracts, or related analytical roles. Aerospace or distribution industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of margin, profit calculations, and pricing concepts. Experience working crossโ€‘functionally with Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, or Business Development.
