Polaris is hiring a Copilot Studio Developer for a contract position! Interested? Get more details below. • Contract Duration: 12 months + potential to extend/convert • Worksite Location: Medina, MN | onsite requirements based on business need local candidates only • Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour • • The posted salary range represents the standard compensation for this position; however, we are open to offering a higher salary for candidates with extensive experience that exceed the minimum requirements for the role • • What you ll do as a Copilot Studio Developer: • Design and implement copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to deliver dynamic, intelligent user interactions • Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues for seamless conversational experiences • Integrate copilots with external data sources and APIs through Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful, user-driven copilot solutions • Develop reusable components to accelerate adoption across business domains • Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with responsible AI and governance standards • Stay current on new features, tools, and best practices within Copilot Studio and the Power Platform • Partner with cross-functional teams to align copilots with business objectives and contribute to client projects through design, delivery, and demos What you ll bring to the Copilot Studio Developer role: • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience building solutions with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code tools • Proficiency in Power Fx, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API • Experience integrating external data sources and services into intelligent solutions • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and business value • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients • A proactive, adaptable mindset with experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments • Passion for creating responsible, ethical, and user-centric AI solutions As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
