Position Overview:
We are seeking a Copilot Studio Developer to join our client's growing App Innovation practice. This role centers on designing, configuring, and deploying intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience building user-centric virtual agents and a strong understanding of business processes, with a passion for creating impactful, ethical, and scalable solutions using Microsoftβs low-code tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Strong Power Automate foundation.
β’ Exposure to Copilot Studio.
β’ Ability to work with minimal supervision and comfortable escalating roadblocks when identified.
β’ Strong communicator.
β’ Ability to interpret non-technical information and translate it into a solution.
β’ Experience working with corporate functions (Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
β’ Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues to support dynamic user interactions.
β’ Connect copilots to external data sources and APIs using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective copilot experiences.
β’ Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with clients' responsible AI principles.
β’ Stay current with new features and best practices in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
β’ Develop reusable agent components that can be adapted across copilots and business domains.
Project Delivery & Collaboration:
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align copilots with business goals and user needs.
β’ Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and compliant with AI governance standards.
β’ Participate in both project-based and staff augmentation engagements, adapting to diverse client environments.
Preferred Consulting Experience:
β’ Support sales and delivery teams in designing copilot solutions tailored to client needs.
β’ Assist in developing estimates and proposals, articulating the value of Copilot Studio-based solutions.
β’ Conduct technical presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
β’ 2+ years of experience building solutions with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code tools.
β’ Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional team environments.
Technical Skills:
β’ Proficiency with Power Fx, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API.
β’ Familiarity with integrating external data sources and services into Copilot Studio.
β’ Understanding of solution performance, scalability, and ethical AI compliance.
Soft Skills:
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
