Role description
The Opportunity:
• We are seeking a precise and strategically minded Data Analyst to oversee the integrity and optimization of our Corporate Real Estate data assets. This is a high-visibility, remote role (3-month contract-to-hire) that serves as a critical bridge between Business Strategy, IT, and Global Operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the "Data Foundation" of our organization, ensuring that our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) serves as a reliable system of record for global location master data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Leadership, Business Strategy, and Performance teams to align data outputs with organizational goals.
• Workflow Optimization: Work cross-functionally with Commercial Transactions, Projects, Operations, and IT to streamline dataflows and business systems.
• Data Stewardship: Direct the correction and maintenance of Corporate Real Estate data assets, specifically focusing on Location Master Data.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous processes to improve data quality, reliability, and integrity within the IWMS.
• Ecosystem Management: Ensure the data foundation is robust enough to support complex commercial transactions and real estate projects.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
• Core Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically within Master Data Management (MDM) or Corporate Real Estate.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Direct experience managing data within an IWMS (e.g., TRIRIGA, ARCHIBUS, Manhattan, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in data cleansing, validation, and auditing techniques.
• Ability to map and optimize complex dataflows across disparate business systems.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of the real estate lifecycle, including commercial transactions and facilities operations.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to interface with executive leadership and translate technical data integrity issues into business impact.
