Job Description:
β’ The CRM Data Contractor supportsΒ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team by providing self-service reporting and data-driven recommendations.
β’ This role is responsible for analyzing campaign performance across email, direct mail and the website and sharing ways to enhance customer engagement and drive cruise bookings.
A successful CRM Data Contractor will be comfortable working with data from many different data sources, preparing and mining data, creating reports and dashboards, and presenting information in a clear and compelling manner.
β’ This role works closely with members of the CRM team as well as cross-functional partners throughout the organization.
β’ The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
β’ They will have expert-level SQL skills and experience manipulating data in Google Analytics, Looker and Tableau Desktop.
β’ They'll possess a strong understanding of statistical techniques and advanced mathematical skills.
β’ In addition to strong attention to detail, they have a proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and reporting.
β’ Maintain datasets required for reporting on email, direct mail and website performance.
β’ Data will be maintained via SQL through Google BigQuery, SAS Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
β’ Role will leverge the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink DaVinci, Optimizely, Asana, etc...
β’ Prepare reports and visualizations using Tableau Desktop, Looker, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
β’ Focus will be on email, direct mail, website shopping funnels, A/B tests and ad hoc initiatives.
β’ Analyze business performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner that drives the business forward.
β’ Work cross-functionally coordinating with Marketing teams and otherΒ business units such as Casino, Creative, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and IT to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
β’ Streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy while freeing-up time and resources.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
β’ 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role
β’ Proficient in SQL and experienced with reporting and data visualization tools
β’ Online industry or travel experience preferred
β’ Ability to solve complex tasks with simple, clean code
β’ Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts
β’ Incredible attention to detail
β’ Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4) or other web analytics platforms
β’ Proficient in SQL, especially BigQuery or SAS Enterprise Guide
β’ Experienced building reports and dashboards in Tableau Desktop, Looker, or other similar tools
β’ Website tagging knowledge is a plus
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs
