CRM Data Migration Analyst

This role is pivotal in consolidating multiple CRM and PSA platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative. You will lead the data migration strategy, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless and accurate migration process. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, design, and execution of data migration activities across multiple platforms. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable migration specifications. • Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and transformation using SQL and ETL tools. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. • Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration validation efforts. • Document migration processes, data models, and technical specifications. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data migration analysis, with at least 3 years focused on CRM/PSA migrations to Dynamics CE (CRM). • Proven experience with Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. • Strong proficiency in SQL, data extraction, and transformation principles. • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE), and XRM Toolkit. • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration platforms. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Agile methodologies and user story documentation. #TECH #REMOTE
