Location: Nashville metropolitan area, Onsite, 4 days per week in office
Start Date: ASAP β December 1

Role Summary
The Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving customer-centric initiatives through advanced analytics and data interpretation. This individual will use customer data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and guide marketing strategies that enhance personalization and loyalty outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on customer data and analytics, leading projects that connect insights to action. Youβll collaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Become a functional expert in customer data, defining key data elements and supporting database management and reporting.
β’ Lead high-priority analytics and data projects to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery.
β’ Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify customer data needs and deliver insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
β’ Provide analytical recommendations that guide marketing strategy, modeling, and personalization initiatives.
β’ Support the implementation of customer modeling and segmentation to enhance targeting and engagement.
β’ Develop and interpret dashboards and reports to communicate key customer metrics to leadership.
β’ Troubleshoot dashboards and reporting tools through deep understanding of data structures and systems.
β’ Train and mentor team members and end users on reporting tools and data literacy best practices.
Key Requirements
β’ 3β4 years of experience in Retail Analytics, Customer Marketing, or a related data-driven business field.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
β’ Expert-level SQL skills required; experience with additional programming languages preferred.
β’ Proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing large datasets and relational databases.
β’ Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience working with Retail POS or Loyalty Program data highly preferred.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
β’ Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and leadership skills, including experience leading training or projects.
