Role description
Job Brief: Strategically design, architect, and govern the VoC Data Mart, simplifying complex data integrations and future-proofing our infrastructure for corporate data strategies. Responsibilities: β€’ Apply advanced analytical judgment and deep domain expertise to uncover nuanced, non-obvious insights from disparate datasets, transcending automated correlations to drive strategic decisions. β€’ Drive the strategic vision and evolution of our VoC data integration framework, designing resilient, scalable infrastructure that anticipates future needs and technological shifts. β€’ Curate and interpret Quarterly VoC reporting to tell compelling, human-centric stories, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives that reveal nuanced wins, challenges, and opportunities beyond raw data. β€’ Partner proactively with stakeholders to deeply understand operational needs, then architect bespoke data pipelines to precisely capture critical data events and address business challenges. β€’ Establish proactive, adaptive methodologies for data pipeline management, anticipating and strategically responding to upstream data shifts for long-term stability and integrity. β€’ Collaborate to co-create impactful and ethically sound data visualizations, ensuring compelling stories while upholding high standards for confidentiality, ethical representation, and analytical rigor. β€’ Champion innovative AI applications to enhance customer storytelling with profound understanding and empathy, exploring new frontiers in AI-driven insights while ensuring a human-centered CX approach. Requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience β€’ Demonstrated experience with relational databases and the complexities of establishing data relationships between disparate systems; SQL proficiency required β€’ Keen eye for accuracy and detail in managing data architecture β€’ Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau preferred β€’ Significant knowledge in ETL processes, ability to create and manage your own ETL processes β€’ Familiarity with systems integrations fundamentals β€’ Demonstrated data architecture experience in a B2B environment, preferred β€’ Familiarity with DBT processes, preferred - ability and willingness to be the expert on the team β€’ Qualtrics experience preferred, willingness and ability to learn Qualtrics required β€’ Independent and curious in nature with a clear ability to recognize where your knowledge limitations are and when you need to seek guidance β€’ Belief in ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results β€’ Thrive in an environment that encourages openness Preferred: β€’ Experience with Python and Databricks
