Role description
6-12 Month Contract 75-90/hour Remote Must have Amperity CDP Experience Purpose: This role supports the design, development, and operation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable personalized guest experiences at scale. It focuses on integrating customer data across digital and offline channels using AI-driven decisioning and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Build and operate full-stack cloud solutions in AWS using a serverless-first approach. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDP capabilities with customer lifecycle strategies. β€’ Develop customer analyses to uncover insights (e.g., churn drivers, high-value attributes). β€’ Build dashboards for ongoing customer trend monitoring. β€’ Manage data ingestion, transformation, and activation across systems. β€’ Lead end-to-end data projects from proof of concept to deployment. β€’ Improve data quality and availability through better data management. β€’ Automate workflows for data ingestion and delivery to downstream systems. β€’ Drive CDP adoption through scalable tools and methodologies. β€’ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years in analytics, consulting, or data science roles. β€’ Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, PySpark, or similar. β€’ Experience with BI tools and executive dashboard creation. β€’ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. β€’ Familiarity with relational databases, ETL tools, and cloud data environments (especially AWS). β€’ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design. β€’ Knowledge of CDPs and marketing technology stacks. β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. β€’ Experience with Amperity CDP is a strong plus. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, CS, Statistics).
