• Client’s Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS) Department is hiring a detail-driven Systems Engineer who can own requirements, lead DRBFM, and drive action-item closure across stakeholders. You’ll pair systems thinking with hands-on software and test integration to help deliver the next generation of automated driving systems for Client and Lexus vehicles.

• Lead DRBFM. Plan, facilitate, and document DRBFM sessions; translate risks into design actions and verification plans; ensure timely closure.
• Design with developers. Work with ADS software engineers to shape control/decision logic (C/C++), align interfaces, and incorporate safety concepts into design.
• Integrate and verify. Coordinate SIL/HIL/vehicle-level testing; ensure system requirements integrate cleanly to software components and different ECUs specs.
• Track to closure. Build and maintain a clear action tracker; drive owners, dates, and evidence to closure across internal teams and suppliers.
• Liaise across partners. Serve as the day-to-day interface with external stakeholders/suppliers; keep communication crisp and decisions documented.
• Improve the process. Identify gaps; propose lightweight, repeatable improvements that raise reliability, safety, and engineering velocity.
• Contribute to code & reviews. Participate in code reviews, create PRs where appropriate, and support CI checks tied to requirements and tests.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Automotive background (ADAS/ADS, chassis, powertrain, or similar safety-critical domain). (3 years)
