Job title: Cyber Risk Analyst Location: Hybrid at Blue Ash, OH, 45242 Duration of assignment - 12 months, Contract to Hire Job Diva ID: 25-02756 Pay Rate:$40- $42/hr on W2 Required working hours per week: 8-5 EST, prefer candidates on the east coast. Projected Start Date: Aiming for July to allow candidates time to clear onboarding and provide a notice if necessary. Skills: Cyber Risk Analyst Level 1 - Jr/Mid Top skills: Risk management, specifically cyber risk. At least some experience in a cyber role. Soft skills: Good communication skills - written and verbal, ability to work with all different levels. In this role, they might be talking to a someone at a lower level or a VP about risk. Project details: This position is part of the Cyber Risk Management Program. This is their 3rd year of the program. β€’ This role will be working with data, reporting, data entry, and pulling data. β€’ Reporting cyber risks. Team dynamics: The team currently has a Strategic Lead, Operations Lead, Sr. Analyst and an admin. They are now looking for a more junior level analyst. Job Description The Cyber Risk Analyst will support the Client Cyber Risk Management (CRM) program by assisting in day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to learn and grow within a maturing cyber risk function, with added exposure to Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Top Skills and Qualifications: β€’ Basic familiarity with cybersecurity principles, risk concepts and business process analysis β€’ Strong organizational and documentation skills β€’ Proficient using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools β€’ Ability to follow defined procedures and templates β€’ Effective written and verbal communication for coordination β€’ Ability to familiarize themselves with a large, complex enterprise Key Responsibilities: β€’ Build table-based reporting (like PowerBI), organize data, and maintain reporting output. β€’ Document job aids and support stakeholder communications. β€’ Assist in updating and maintaining cyber risk assessments and tracking forms β€’ Prepare draft meeting materials for review β€’ Maintain dashboards and data quality in reporting tools β€’ Collaborate with senior analysts to support existing cyber risk processes. β€’ Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA): β€’ Gather and organize data related to business processes to assist in BIA activities. β€’ Document findings to help identify critical assets and dependencies within the organization.
