D365 Business Central Developer

My client, a leading Manufacturing seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to support our ERP initiatives. As a remote contractor, you will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain extensions using AL language and Visual Studio Code. • Customize and configure Business Central to meet business requirements. • Integrate D365 BC with other systems using APIs, web services, and Azure Functions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. • Document technical specifications and development processes. Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV development. • Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and C/SIDE. • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and integration patterns. • Familiarity with Copilot and AI-enhanced features in Business Central is a bonus. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate. • Experience working with ERP implementations, upgrades, and support. • Knowledge of Microsoft Common Data Model and Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
