We're recruiting on behalf of a top-tier consultancy for a Data & AI Senior Associate to join their team immediately. Description • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain frameworks. • Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and accuracy. • Build and maintain Python-based applications for data processing and AI workflows. • Integrate and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for a government project. • Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain NPPV3 clearance protocols throughout the engagement. Profile • Proven experience in AI development and data engineering, with hands-on expertise in RAG and LangChain. • Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks. • Skilled in prompt engineering and understanding of LLM behavior and optimization. • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. • Holds NPPV3 clearance (essential) and is comfortable working on sensitive government projects.
