BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis
Expected Duration: Long Term
Location: Indianapolis, IN/hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Review Vendor(s) daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports to perform deep-dive analysis of KPIs to identify key drivers that contribute to each KPI
β’ Identify and communicate trends, deviations, and issues.
β’ Run and troubleshoot existing, custom code in R to ingest data for analysis, data retention, and pipeline development
β’ Build time-series forecasting models in R to predict future product demand and program volume
β’ Collaborate with vendors to publish contractual KPI forecast for monthly program estimates, review and maintain data sources for monthly accuracy, communicate forecast performance with Program Manager via PowerBI dashboard
β’ Create Quarterly Board of Directorsβ KPI report and adhoc reports
β’ Identify and implement operational efficiencies in the data and reporting processes
β’ Issue Tracker β management of issue data ingestion and storage, communication to stakeholders, and downstream reporting of issue metrics and trends in Power BI dashboard.
β’ Provide backup for budget, forecasting, and invoicing responsibilities of the Associate Director β PAP Business & System Analytics
β’ Review and provide analysis on inventory management reports and outcomes, manage vendor inventory reconciliation and communicate discrepancies
β’ Contribute to the creation and ongoing review of PAP Data Strategy
β’ Provide technical input and collaborate with PAP team and other stakeholders for innovation projects. This includes collaboration with internal and external technical partners as project requires.
β’ Build and maintain Power Automate flows to improve data collection from internal and external stakeholders, auto-generate Excel reports and send various email notifications (approval/denial of intake requests, confirmation of receipt, updated reports)
Requirements for Data Analyst
β’ Technical skills β
β’ Advanced Excel or similar
β’ Fluent in one or more programming languages
β’ Fluent in Word and PowerPoint.
β’ Experienced in structured and unstructured data from several sources to identify drivers of both problems and results.
β’ Strong knowledge of business process design & operations excellence (Minimum of 1 years of project management; analytical project experience preferred)
Other preferences:
β’ Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
β’ Fluent in R programming (Other languages that translate python, java, C++)
β’ PowerAutomate experience
